1. Subscription

Do you have a Lotto or Euro Millions subscription and want to modify or cancel it, or report a problem concerning the payment of your winnings? Send an email to abonnements@loterie-nationale.be specifying your contact details and we will take care of the rest.

2. Complaints

Please be very careful if you are contacted by any organisations offering you exceptional chances to win. These are fraudulent organisations that have absolutely no connection with the National Lottery.

3. Scratch games

Tickets that are no longer being sold remain valid for payment 12 months after being taken off the market. You can return them to the National Lottery headquarters, potentially via your point of sale, accompanied by a note and your full contact details (first name, surname, telephone, address and bank account number) so that the person responsible for paying out the winnings can transfer the sum to your account.

4. E-Lotto

5. Win For Life

When you find the words 'Win For Life' underneath the scratchable area of a Win For Life, Win For Life Mini or Win For Life Deluxe scratch card, you will effectively receive the amount specified for the rest of your life. The winning cards are not the subject of a draw at a later stage. The draw only applies to the 5000 For Life scratch card.

6. Draw games

The deadline for payment of winnings related to draws (Lotto, Super Lotto, Euro Millions, Joker+, Keno, Pick3) is limited to 20 weeks starting from the day of the draw. The winnings can no longer be claimed once this deadline has passed.

7. Euro Millions

The Euro Millions draw is organised by La Française des Jeux (French Lottery) and takes place every Tuesday and Friday in Paris. These draws are not open to the public.

8. Promotional packages

If you belong to an association and are organising a non-commercial event such as a quiz, tombola or street party, the National Lottery can support your event by offering you a promotional package consisting of advertising material for our products. To request a package, please complete the form.
